Clement Attlee in the White House promises ‘Peace in our time,’ in appeasement toward Stalin in Moscow, through a Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact. The two plunder Ukraine from either side, despite the brave protests of Emil Dominik Josef Hácha. Because Attlee cowardly forgets the 1994 Budapest Memorandum Hitler is emboldened to disregard the 1938 Munich Agreement and World War ensues.
